Welcome to Tixee AI, an AI-powered video generator platform (the "Service"). By accessing https://demo.tixee.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Site and the Service provided by Tixee AI ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Service.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account, whether authorized or not. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use and activities of your account.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

Tixee AI gives you a limited license to use the Service for your personal or commercial projects. This means you can use the AI-generated images for social media, marketing, subscription content, or direct sales—as long as you follow these rules.

You agree not to use the Service for anything illegal or that violates these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
  • Try to reverse engineer, decompile, or break apart the Service in any way.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to access the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Infringe on someone else’s intellectual property.
  • Depict or involve minors (real or simulated) in any sexual or suggestive manner.
  • Include non-consensual, exploitative, or deceptive content, including impersonation or deepfake content involving real individuals without authorization.

User Content, Privacy, Ownership, and Responsibility

Your personal content belongs to you. Tixee AI will not use your content for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes without your permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service, including videos, text, images, or other materials (“User Content”).

While you remain the owner of your User Content, you are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Service. Tixee AI may use your content internally for the purpose of improving the Service, but it will not share or publish your content publicly without your consent.

For clarity, AI-generated images created through the Service are governed by the “AI-Generated Content” section under Intellectual Property below.

Likeness, Consent, and Right of Publicity

You represent and warrant that any images of individuals you upload depict either:

  • yourself; or
  • individuals for whom you have obtained explicit, informed consent for AI processing and content generation.

You agree not to upload images of any person without legal authorization, including but not limited to celebrities, private individuals, or minors.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy, publicity, and consent laws, and you agree to indemnify Tixee AI from any claims arising from unauthorized use of likeness.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Tixee AI Content

All intellectual property rights in the Site, the Service, provided by Tixee AI, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Tixee AI or its licensors. You are granted no rights or licenses in these materials except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To use our Services or User Content in any manner not specified in this document, please contact us at contact@tixee.ai for permission. If permission is granted, you must acknowledge us as the owners or licensors of the content used.

AI-Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tixee AI grants you all rights, title, and interest in the images generated through your use of the Service (“AI-Generated Content”).

You may use AI-Generated Content for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media promotion, subscription platforms, marketing materials, and direct sales.

Tixee AI does not guarantee that AI-Generated Content will be unique or exclusive. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users due to the nature of artificial intelligence systems.

Tixee AI makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of AI-Generated Content for use on third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms, policies, and guidelines of any platform on which you publish or monetize AI-Generated Content.

User Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Tixee AI regarding the Service ("Feedback") will be the exclusive property of Tixee AI. You hereby assign all rights in the Feedback to Tixee AI and agree that Tixee AI is free to use such Feedback without any compensation to you.

Payment and Subscription

Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service. Tixee AI reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time upon notice to you.

Billing

Payments for the Service may be processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize Tixee AI and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Refunds

Due to the nature of AI-powered image and video generation, and the associated infrastructure costs, all purchases, usage-based credits, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Free trials or usage quotas, if offered, are provided solely for evaluation purposes. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the Service and agree to this policy.

Refunds will generally not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
  • Perceived low quality, realism, or accuracy of generated content
  • Changes to third-party platform policies (e.g., Instagram, OnlyFans)
  • Account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms
  • Failure to cancel a subscription on time
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions or Content Policy

However, Tixee AI may review individual refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Payment errors
  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased features

If a refund is approved, Tixee AI will issue it manually via Stripe to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are not automatic and may take several business days to process.

If a refund request is found to be fraudulent or abusive, Tixee AI reserves the right to deny the request and recover any associated costs.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Tixee AI

Tixee AI may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Tixee AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tixee AI disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixee AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Tixee AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Platforms

Tixee AI is not responsible for moderation decisions, account suspensions, content removals, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, OnlyFans, TikTok, or payment providers.

You acknowledge that use of AI-Generated Content on third-party platforms is at your own risk and subject to those platforms’ respective terms and policies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tixee AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Modifications to the Terms

Tixee AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site or by sending you a notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tixee AI regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Tixee AI.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Tixee AI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Tixee AI. Tixee AI may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
