Content Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
This Content Policy (“Policy”) governs the creation, upload, generation, use, and distribution of content through the Tixee AI platform (“Service”).
This Policy applies to all users and forms part of the Terms and Conditions. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Tixee AI reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and update this Policy at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
2. Allowed Content
Subject to compliance with this Policy, users may create, upload, and generate content that is lawful, consensual, and does not violate the rights of others.
Allowed content includes, but is not limited to:
- Images and videos depicting the user themself
- Creative, artistic, lifestyle, fashion, or promotional content
- Adult or NSFW content involving consenting adults
- Content intended for social media, marketing, subscription platforms, or direct sales
- Fantasy or stylized content that does not depict real individuals without authorization
3. Adult and NSFW Content
Tixee AI permits adult and NSFW content provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- All individuals depicted are 18 years of age or older.
- All content is consensual and non-exploitative.
- Content must not depict, represent, or reasonably appear to depict minors in sexual or sexually suggestive contexts.
3.1 Depictions of Minors
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Any depiction of individuals under 18 years of age in sexual or sexually suggestive contexts
- Content intended to portray a minor as an adult ("aged-up") for the purpose of sexual content
- Content depicting fictional, animated, or AI-generated characters that are clearly represented as minors
- Content that uses childlike appearance, school-age themes, or minor-coded characteristics in sexualized contexts
3.2 Reasonable Appearance Standard
For moderation purposes, Tixee AI may evaluate content based on whether a reasonable observer would interpret the character or person as a minor.
Factors that may be considered include, but are not limited to:
- Physical appearance and body proportions
- Clothing or contextual indicators (e.g., school uniforms)
- Descriptions, captions, prompts, or metadata associated with the content
- Stated or implied age within the content
3.3 Protection of Legitimate Adult Content
Content depicting clearly adult individuals (18+), including stylized, fictional, or fantasy characters, is permitted as long as the character is reasonably interpreted as an adult.
Tixee AI does not restrict lawful adult creative expression that does not reasonably depict minors.
3.4 Moderation Review and Appeals
If content is restricted or removed under this section:
- Users may request a manual moderation review
- Users may submit clarifying information or context
- Tixee AI will review appeals in good faith and may restore content if it is found to comply with this Policy
4. Likeness, Consent, and Deepfake Safeguards
You may only upload images of individuals if:
- You are the individual depicted; or
- You have obtained explicit, informed, and legally valid consent to upload and generate AI-based content using that individual’s likeness
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Uploading images of individuals without authorization
- Impersonation or deepfake content involving real individuals without consent
- Content that falsely represents a real person as performing actions they did not perform
- Use of a person’s likeness in a misleading, deceptive, or defamatory manner
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any claims related to privacy, publicity, or likeness rights arising from your content.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Service:
- Any content involving minors (real or simulated)
- Non-consensual sexual content or exploitation
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or violence
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Content intended to deceive, scam, or defraud others
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials or trademarks
- Content designed to circumvent safeguards or abuse system resources
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
Tixee AI may suspend accounts upon receiving valid infringement claims or takedown requests.
7. Enforcement and Moderation
Tixee AI reserves the right to review, monitor, restrict, remove, or disable access to content that violates this Policy or applicable law.
Enforcement actions may include, without limitation:
- Content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Restriction of access to certain features
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required
Enforcement decisions are made at Tixee AI’s sole discretion and may be taken without prior notice.
8. Reporting and Takedowns
If you believe content on the Service violates this Policy or applicable law, you may report it by contacting contact@tixee.ai
Reports should include sufficient detail to allow us to investigate the issue.
We may request additional information before taking action.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Tixee AI is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, OnlyFans, TikTok, or payment providers).
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of any platform on which they publish or monetize content.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Updates become effective upon publication.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
