Refund and Fraud Policy

1. Overview

At Tixee AI (“the Application”), our commitment is to provide a high-quality AI-powered video generation experience. This Refund and Fraud Policy explains our rules regarding fees, subscription renewals and cancellations, refunds, and the prevention of fraudulent activity on our platform.

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.


2. Fees

Certain services or features of the Application are offered on a fee-based subscription model. To access these services, you must select a payment plan and provide valid payment information (such as a credit card or other supported payment method).

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • All payment details provided are accurate and up to date; and
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You are responsible for promptly updating your account or the designated payment processor with any changes to your billing details (e.g., billing address, card expiration date).

If your payment plan includes an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize Tixee AI and its payment processors to charge your payment method in advance on a recurring basis, in accordance with the selected plan, until you cancel your subscription. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify Tixee AI within sixty (60) days of the charge date, or within a longer period if required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. If pricing changes, Tixee AI will provide at least fifteen (15) days’ notice via the website, in-app notification, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service, excluding taxes imposed on Tixee AI’s net income.


3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval specified on the subscription page (or monthly if not specified), at the then-current rate. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each new billing cycle.

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription at least seven (7) days before the renewal date by:

  • Managing your subscription through your account dashboard, or
  • Contacting us at contact@tixee.ai

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date does not entitle you to a refund for any subsequent charges.


4. Refunds and Charge Disputes

Due to the nature of AI-powered image and video generation services and associated infrastructure costs, all purchases, usage-based credits, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Where offered, free trials or free usage quotas are provided solely for evaluation purposes. By proceeding with a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to test the Service and agree to this no-refund policy.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
  • Perceived lack of quality, realism, or accuracy of generated content
  • Changes to third-party platform policies (e.g., Instagram, OnlyFans)
  • Account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms
  • Failure to cancel a subscription on time
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions or Content Policy

If a refund or charge dispute is submitted, Tixee AI will:

  • Review transaction logs and usage data;
  • Request additional information if needed; and
  • Determine an appropriate resolution based on the evidence.

If a refund request is determined to be fraudulent or abusive, Tixee AI reserves the right to deny the request and recover any related costs.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights where refunds are required by applicable law.


5. Fraud Prevention

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to fraud and misuse of the Service. Our fraud prevention measures may include:

  • Identity or account verification
  • Secure encryption technologies
  • Automated and AI-based fraud detection systems
  • Monitoring of abnormal usage patterns, excessive generation requests, or suspicious payment behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, payment abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service. Serious cases may be reported to relevant authorities.

Users must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. Any suspected fraud should be reported immediately to contact@tixee.ai


6. Modifications

We may update this Refund and Fraud Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
